This maintenance has been completed successfully.

The edge router software upgrade in our HR-ZAG-1 zone has been finalized and traffic has been restored normally. Post-maintenance validation checks completed successfully and no customer impact was observed during the maintenance window.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

[HR-ZAG-1] Network Maintenance - Edge Router Software Upgrade

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve network stability and reliability, we will perform a scheduled software upgrade on the edge routers in our HR-ZAG-1 zone.

During the maintenance window, traffic will be gracefully drained from the router being upgraded. No customer impact is expected, however network redundancy will be temporarily reduced while maintenance is in progress.

We will provide further updates as the maintenance progresses.
