Our datacenter provider has restored the power on the affected feed following full integrity checks. Power on the affected feed is currently coming from the grid and is not yet secured by UPS and / or generator. Our datacenter provider is working to restore full UPS support on the affected power feed as soon as possible.
All our services are fully available. While one of the affected power feed isn’t yet secured by UPS and generator, redundancy is back to N+1 with limited redundancy on the affected power feed.
We are closing the incident has no immediate concern has been identified, and N+1 power redundancy has been restored.
Deep cleaning activities are currently taking place in the affected battery room.
The situation is stable. All our services remain available while the power redundancy of the datacenter facility remains reduced to N.
There is currently no ETA available from our datacenter provider when power will be restored on the impacted power feeds.
The fire brigade has left the datacenter facility. Full access to the datacenter has been restored for technical staff.
Cleanup and corrective work has started in the affected battery room.

The fire brigade managed to extinguish the active fire in the impacted UPS room. They also managed to prevent propagation of the fire to adjacent rooms. The facility is currently evacuated while the fire brigade assesses safety. Once facility staff have access, they will start the remediation process.

We will provide an update as soon as we get more information from our data center facility provider.
The dacenter facility experienced a fire in one or more UPS rooms. As a consequence the datacenter has been evacuated and the fire brigade dispatched to suppress the fire. The latest updates we have received suggest that the fire has been contained. In order to access the area the fire brigade requested to deenergize some circuits, reducing the datacenter facility power feeds to N.
Our services are not impacted at this stage and remain available. We are in close contact with our datacenter facility provider and monitoring the situation.
